Cycle T. • Outubro 27, 2017三色カレーセット。カレーはコリアンダーチキン、蓮根団子入りのコフタカレー、クリーミーエビ。コリアンダーチキンはクセがあり、好みが分かれるかも知れないが、私は好きな味。チーズクルチャはいつもと違って、別皿ではなくて、乗っかっていたw 相変わらずチーズたっぷり。あと、ガーリックが効いていた。

Fuyuhiko T. • Outubro 28, 2023看板menuはbutter chickenだからか女子率は50%以上とIndia料理屋にしては多いと思う。Cheese Kulchaが人気なのも女子率の高いcurry屋の特徴か。NaanやTandor Chickenなど釜系の料理は美味しい。一方、銀座のGurgaon なんかもそうだけど、日本人受けする味付けの北インドカレーなんだろうけど何かが物足りない。

i_sk • Janeiro 12, 2019「ほんとビリヤニ 」で有名なサラムナマステ @salamnamaste01 でチキンビリヤニ 。いままで食べたビリヤニは何だったのかと思うほどに美味い。なんとも言えない複雑なスパイスの香りと、米とはまた違うバスマティライスのほわっとした食感。中毒性ハンパない。
